You'd feel differently if you were a server.
I'd also feel different about people chasing away hobos from public parks if I were homeless. Whats your point

Really wish Springs1 were still around.
Lol fuck off with that bullshit line of thinking. If you bust your ass at work all week and want to go out for a meal you earned and paid for you have no responsibility to subsidize someone else's wage.
It literally makes me cringe that some people don't tip 20%. If that's you, here's a little FYI... You embarrass everyone that's with you if you're out in a group. If you don't have the money to tip, you don't have the money to be eating/drinking out, or ordering in.

LMAO
Servers walk food from the kitchen to your table.
A monkey can do that.
I usually tip 20% but if you give me shitty service and let me die of thirst and hunger then I may give you 5%. And if you ask I'll tell you that you suck to your face.
Come at me bro.

Ok, if someone gives you completely terrible service and you return the favor by giving 5%... That doesn't bother me as long as your expectations aren't unreasonable. I certainly wouldn't do it, but I can see your point.
But telling someone they suck? That's just low class, man. It's also very awkward... Would you do that to a server if you were out on a date? I'm sure the girl with you wouldn't be embarrassed at all...![]()
I've told servers they were shitty with my wife and kids at the table. I'm am never unreasonable. But if my drink is empty fill that shit up. If I tell you to bring my kid's meals first don't bring mine first then go back to the kitchen then bring the kids food.
If I order chips and dip, bring it first not with the meal. I forgot does not cut it. I want my food warm when it comes to the table. Doesn't need to be piping hot but room tempeture food does not cut it.
What?
I wouldn't feel a need to tell someone they suck. But I wouldn't feel bad at all about not tipping if they screw up. I mean, that's the deal. They get paid to serve. They don't serve well, they don't get paid. That's the business they are in. If they aren't going to let me do it myself, and are going to demand payment, then they better do it well.
I usually always tip 20% or so, just for context.
It's good to know you never have bad days or screw up at your job. Being perfect must be pretty amazing. I'm assuming if you did screw up a little, you'd still want to get paid though?
