Yes. When my first house burned down i tried to put out the fire and inhaled a lot of carbon monoxide. Luckily i was able to get my dog out and get my elderly tenants out of the downstairs apartment before it took effect. Woke up in ICU, they said i was level 7.
I've had carbon monoxide poisoning too. Worst fucking headache imaginable, came on hard and fast and while I was driving. Barely had the car stopped and I was throwing up rolling out of the driver's seat. I didn't lose consciousness, but when I finally got my shit together enough to drive home, I immediately went to bed for a few hours nap. And I haven't napped since I was like 3 years old.

I don't know if i went unconscious or if they gave me a sedative. Last thing i remembered was paramedics wanting me to go into the ambulance to get checked.

A few times but the most memorable was when I was 17, playing junior hockey.

In pre season, I beat up a 20 year old enforcer pretty bad who was known as one of the league’s toughest players. I had a good camp and that is surely a big part of how I made the team. It was a blessing and a curse because i got to play major junior against future NHL stars but a curse because it took away any chances of me getting a chance to play and turned me into a guy expected to do that every game.

The season started good and I had some good wins and even put some ponts up. I was on cloud 9. We didn’t meet again until around Christmas time and I was way over confidant. I felt like I would run through this guy. I came out and blocked every punch with my face. After the fight, the refs came in and I refused to let go. I didn’t know where I was nor did I remember the ending. The refs forcing us apart while he swung at me was what brought me back. I was out on my feet and I don’t think a single person realized. I didn’t even realize right away.

.. so naturally, I went to the penalty box, served my time and tried again. We were bitter rivals then. I met him once at a bar years later and didn’t look his way because I didn’t want to start something. He noticed me, recognized me, came over and was friendly. I told him then what happened that one time.

lost conciousness more times than I can count, since I was unconscious most of the time.

what's always weird is waking up.

"What happened?"

...oh yea. sorry about your carpet. my bad.
