Good, if you read thru this thread you will see that we have 8 or 9 servants in here that pretty much say "We will fuck your food, if you don't tip well"

They don't deserve shit, the deserve the check that their boss signs, anything after that is a panhandling like the grubby fucks that they are.

If you more money, get a job that doesn't require minimal skills you fucking moochers.

I don't see tipping as panhandling either, but I see your point.

The entitled ones ruin it ruin it for everyone

Soon their minimal skill job will be replaced with automated machines anyway.

It's already happening

Well we still will have to tip the guy that caries the tray out.

Although one of the places I went to in Spain just called your name put and you went to a window and picked up your food

And it was not a "fast food" place, it was a little seafood place, I had to go pick up the bread, my salad and drinks myself

And I still tipped.

It's not like Isis gets a rim job from crave online for having a thread get so many views or posts

Relax man.

You're a much better person than I am.

Relax man.

It boosts my internet ego tho.

A lot of places do this now, even restraunts, and they don't really even let you know that they do it, and then people go ahead and still tip.

So you're getting double shafted.

I mentioned early itt, that almost NO ONE FUCKING READ BECAUSE I'M STILL GETTING RETARDS QUOTING POSTS FROM THE FIRST PAGE, but, I mentioned that the restaurant I visited, BJ's already pays their waiters 7.32/hr which is close to minmum wage, after being there for 4 hours, and tipping $5, his compensation for my table came out to around $8.75/hr.

So most of these grubby servants in here that are defending this piece of shit that assaulted me can stick it straight up their ass.

[No offense]

hm, interesting. i thought restaurants only enforced that if it's a party of 6 or more.

i remember going to this vietnamese restaurant close to my work a few years back. my lunch was about $15, so i dropped a $20 bill and sat waiting for my change. after five minutes, and the restaurant close to empty, i thought it was strange that no one had returned, so i went up to the front desk and asked about my change. the woman at the register looked annoyed, said something in vietnamese to the waiter who was waiting my table, and angrily gave me back $5. i stood there for a second thinking about the situation, and kindly said, "you know, i was going to give you $4 back from this as a tip, or maybe the entire $5. but i guess you just assumed that the change was your tip?" they both stood there not saying anything. i said goodbye, and have not been back since.

Good for you, and this is the exact problem with the industry and the servants itt, they feel entitled to it.

I've seen more and more places just building in the tip regardless of party size. Particularly in tourist areas.

Some do it really dirty as they put it in a line as Gratuity just below the tax line and then at the bottom of the page they put a Tip line and many people do not pick up they have been autocharged a 15% gratuity and so they are tipping on the tip when they add another X%.

But most good servers do tell you when a tip is auto added in.

That said I do think that all restaurants should state that a 15% gratuity will be added to every bill to put this issue to bed and to get rid of the cheap skate free riders. Then if you want to tip more, you can. But that first 15% should not be optional.

Well said, one of the best posts in here.

Anytime the tip was already added on the bill, it was the HOST ESS that told me, not the waiter.

You didn't like what I said.. You're the one not enjoying the experience. Have the balls to admit that instead of passive-aggressively trying to turn it into my problem (ME not enjoying the thread, which I am thoroughly enjoying).
How about keep your advice about what I should do to yourself.
