H Fury v Povetkin

Fresh off signing for matchroom sports, the word is Hughie Fury will fight Povetkin on the Loma-Campbell undercard on August 31st.
Interesting fight if it gets made, Fury has gone the distance with both Parker and Pulev, so shouldn't be a walk over for the Russian.

Who knows where Povetkin's head is at after his most recent loss?

A 39 year old undersized HW who knows he'll never touch a belt again is basically just fighting for a paycheque now.

Povetkin deserves to be the favourite but I think Hughie is a real live dog here.

Povetkin close UD. Not a bad fight. I think fury can last the distance with anybody, but he’s too defence minded, and struggles to win rounds. If he was a little more positive he would definitely be a mainstay in the top 10. I think he can beat povetkin, but I don’t think he’ll do enough during the fight
