Nah he was out of line for hitting the guy. the other guy was also out of line for his behavior. But as others have said you should never punch a person unless you dont have a choice. One punch can ruin your life. You may land a knockout blow and the guy hits his head hard on the ground and is dead. Then what? You cant say that was self defense as TS life was not threatened. Also it makes a strong person to walk away when another person act like a moron......if everyone decided to hit people with the jab when they feel the other person behaves like an idiot, then we would have people fighting everywhere everyday
