I wonder if he could get damages on top of harassment. 8 years is a lot of time spent dealing with this asshole during work hours. He should be compensated.

I'm not generally a fan of paying for emotional distress but in this case the guy completely deserves it. He significantly increased that dudes stress levels for almost a decade. The victim should get half his earnings for the next 8 years.
