At least Gus can play the young and stupid card, has paid his dues and seems genuinely remorseful. Jones on the other hand is happy making jokes about dangerously endangering lives and feigning remorse, he was also a fully grown adult so is also lacking a semi-valid and reasonable excuse.

MMA changed Gus for the better, this is a story about discipline and passion breeding success, not about turning over rocks and judging someone for what is underneath.

You're out of your mind, driving under the influence is driving under the influence and its a minor offense unless you kill someone. Its reckless but not a major offense. Its like texting while driving, it becomes a larger crime if you kill someone. Murder is murder and stealing is stealing as is rape or any other crimes and are much more heinous.

Gusstafson hurt people, purposely, MULTIPLE times. He was actually thrown in prison for it. he was convicted and thrown in prison for aggravated assault. That means he SERIOUSLY hurt people with damage. Are you and others seriously looking to give him a pass on this? If so it will do much to support the already believed fact that a serious double standard exists when it comes to a certain fighter and others.

Dude shut up. If you knew anything about prisons in the US. You'd know that its a business. Hence the most people incarcerated in the world. I live in ca. We have the most prisons. I know people and have seen some go to jail for petty things. Its not about punishment or rehabilitation in the US. Its about money. Period.

To be honest, prison room in Sweden is like a hotel room in USA. You can have TV and X-Box, just game away while using cheap drugs and counting days.

It's definitely better than US prisons... but let's not overstate them. It's still prison.

If you read what ive actually said in this thread, i havent said a single thing about gustaffson, I was just pointing out the fact that drunk driving is a very serious thing which Jon Jones is guilty of, which also makes him a criminal.

That was all I ever said, and what do you mean give him a pass?
