Guggul Complex

has anyone ever tried this? is it good / safe? i know pretty much nothing about it, all i really can find are sites selling it so they say positive things...

My goal is to lose weight. ive lost a lot the hard way, and now, no matter how good i eat, or how much i go to the gym, im just not seeing any results. im eating super clean, better then i have been when i dropped from 315lbs to 250lbs. now im stuck. been stuck like a year. ive tried everything.

i tried hydroxycut, lost like 5lbs. so when i found out about Guggul Complex, it was interesting. but i'd like someone's opinion on it for sure.

It's crap, like most other exotic plants that companies can harvest cheaply and sell to the impressionable public...

Eat less, move more, weight will come off. If it doesn't, talk to your doc.
