Guardeiro vs Raspador

Hey Sherdog,

I ran into the term Guardeiro and Raspador over the weekend.

Guardeiro is kind of obvious, guard player.

But what is Raspador?

A google search did not prove very useful.

Are there any technical differences between Guardeiro and Raspador? Or are they just synonyms?

I think Guardeiro was radioactive while Raspador could shoot laser beams out of his eyes

 

Raspado = Sweep

So raspador = sweeper

I think it's just another term for a guard player.

 

when I hear raspador I think of spider for some reason
