Guard pull armbar?...help?

    Hi guys,

    I was wondering if anyone has an instructional on Pulling guard to armbar transition.

    Thanks in advance.:redface:

    I know Aoki does it alot but his speed makes it hard to see specifics in the technique.

    you should ask BMA_Matt he pulls guard to armbar more then Todd uses his epic grip strength to crush people.

    are you talking about this technique from the knees or from standing?

    just hit armbar from wherever you are. You better be in shape and vs a much weaker fella.

    the thing is if you get bored after armbarring someone 8 times in a row, you can always triangle them?

    Hey I got a BMA_Matt and Todd reference...I should have thrown in a sensei al but I thought it would be over doing it... besides this thread was just too perfect..it was like the setup for the armbar...pulling guard.
