Guard flexibility by Ryan Hall

    Hey, I was looking at the DVD by Ryan Hall, Guard flexibility and its great, the only thing that was missing was him explaining how long I should do each stretch and how many times each side.

    So if anyone could help with that, that would be great!

    Hold the stretch for about 5 seconds and stretch each muscle about 3-5 times.
