Gsp has said a lot of shit since semi retiring (drug testing, fighting mw or lw, etc) let him officially announce he's coming back first.
Btw I know I'm in the minority but I believe these are attention seeking moves and he's not coming back. How long has he been dangling his return with no commitment?

Saying you're ready to fight again and you're just waiting for your management team to sort it out is pretty committed.

So what's your time frame for when he officially announces a return? Or do you consider this official
 
It's hard to envision him making 155. The only LW fighters to ever compete in mma I can think of that are bigger than him is Tibau and Pat Healy (maybe)

I agree - throw in IV ban for rehydration. Then again with USADA maybe he'll end up like ubereem and his body will not be 300 Spartan looking.

Khabib, Ferguson, and hell even RDA has mentioned having a higher walk around weight.

gsp walks around at 185 lbs now.

It doesn't matter. GSP's return will do big numbers regardless of who he fights.
 
GSP makes 170 obviously, GSP makes 155 maybe, GSP gets up to 185 and above possibly, GSP actually fighting at 185, it'll never happen.

If he comes back it will be to do big ticket fights and make the most that he can off of his remaining few years of his competitive earning window, but I doubt he jeopardizes his legacy. Especially after seeing what has happened to AS and Fedor over the last year or two, Georges is a smart guy, he won't do anything rash to hurt his brand and his place as one of the MMA GOATs.

Anyone with any knowledge of the facts knows GSP was one of the smaller WW. The only guys who were the same size as him were the ones who fought at LW .. and they were likely heavier too.

GSP was ~180 until BJ2 fight, and his attempt to get over 190 was a disaster, he went back to ~185-187.

GSP always ducking the real fights....

He'll never sign on to fight RDA, Robbie, or Silva. Those are risky fights for the Canadian.
 
This would be an incredibly boring fight.

I'd go with RDA based on GSP being past it.
 
Interesting against RDA. The fight to make right now is against Robbie.
