As far as jabs go, GSP controlled fights for 25 minutes on using mostly jabs at times. Not the most exciting but it worked, nevertheless. Usman's jab while effective never really kept fighters at bay. If he wasn't engaging in slug fests, he was usually controlling his opponents against the fence. So I'll say GSP's jab was better at keeping opponents controlled and away.

You can't cry robbery since Johnny could have earned a rematch by not falling to complete dog shit with actual testing in place.

He was such an amazing fighter in his day. Look at that perfect technique of that jab. Chin tucked, blocked by his shoulder, punching upward each time. His ability to adapt to each fight was unparalleled and kept up a pace for 5 rounds! He might have been the best wrestler in MMA with no grappling background before MMA. Even though he got whooped by Hendricks at the end of his career, he retired after 13+ years dominating in the UFC at the highest level. He is still one of the best to ever compete, including one of the best jabs in MMA, if not the best.
