GSP should have to agree to 1 thing before getting the fight with Bisping.

He should have to agree that in the case that he beats Bisping and wins the MW belt, he would have to stay at MW and fight a few next contenders. That would make this situation better if we knew that GSP wasn't going to retire again or pull a Mcgregor with the MW belt after beating Bisping.

If he doesn't agree to that then he shouldn't get the fight with Bisping. Its not worth putting the MW division in turmoil just to pad GSPs legacy.

Someone should ask him if he guarantees that he will stay at MW in the case that he beats Bisping and wins the MW belt.

He isn't fighting at MW. Won't happen. Never ever. Guaranteed. He has talked about 185lb for years. Made all sorts of excuses.

This is what will happen: He will talk. He will say he's close to agreeing. Then 'one small problem' will arise I.E: "I need a year to get my weight up". Then things will go silent. Then he will announce a fight versus Conor or Diaz. Then he will say, I need to focus on this fight first. Then the 185lb talk will disappear for another few years.
 
I agree TS. If he's gonna win the belt & drop it immediately then fuck that. Gsp vs Bisping doesn't excite me much anyway. I would much rather see him face Robbie/Woodley/wonderboy/Maia/Hendricks.
 
The king does whatever he wants... He'z all ready set for life... the UFC needz him... he doesn't need the UFC. That's just how it is!

Its not worth fucking over the MW division, I don't care who it is. Randy Couture stayed at HW after coming back to beat Sylvia. GSP should have to stay at MW if he beats Bisping. Look what has happened to the FW division since Conor beat Aldo? Ef that

that would be nice but people would view whoever won the tourny as a "paper champ" and not really the best MW.
 
Isn't that like a champions clause? If you win the belt, you have to fight three more times or for 1 more year, regardless of weight class.
