GSP might have been the most exciting WW champ ever.

It is obvious that when you get to the top skill levels, it is hard to make anything happen. Just look at a lot of the last few top fights. GSP never stopped moving and handing out punishment. I miss the days when you could expect domination and a beat down every time.

Robbie Lawler takes that easily, it wasn't dominant, but it was damn exciting.

The future of Welterweight is looking extremely boring tbh, Woodley, Till, Usman, Colby smh.

RDA is the only exciting fighter in title contention right now.

Lalwer and it's not even close. He's arguably the most entertaining fighter all time

TS watches GSP fights in his underwear with a box of tissues and a bottle of lotion.

Do you mean Lawler? I like him of course. But he is more for the people that like car crash, and truck crash movies.

Dang... Some irony in this one.

GSP got a lot of shit for being boring, but it's largely because he was SO far ahead of his competition. Sure, he was also a pretty "safe" fighter (or smart, however you like to think about it), but the biggest problem was that his opponents just couldn't be competitive with him, so the fights ended up very one sided.

But there's no question, IMO, that Lawler was the most exciting WW champ. I mean, he's in the running for most exciting fighter of all time. You can probably count the bad Lawler fights on one hand... and still have a few fingers to count on.

Robbie and then Hendricks were both more exciting to watch than GSP

Gsp is the goat. Crazy what he has already done in his career. Legend

Nah, easily the most boring. I only watched him in hopes of seeing him lose. When he finally lost to Hendricks, the judges gave it to him anyways. Was fun watching him get beat up though. He cons a lot of fan bois, but he has a weak mind. Very calculating he is.

You must be seriously boring in bed...

GSP is the GOAT, greatest fighter ever, without a doubt.

But Lawler was more exciting.
I mean, the Lawler/McDonald 2 is the best fight ever.

UFC welterweight has been at the most part kinda boring for champions. Hughes, GSP, and now Woodley have been long time champs with more boring fights than naught. Weird since it's almost as deep and exciting as LW nowadays.
