GSP doesn't want the belt back. If he beats Lawler, he then has to defend it. That's the reason he left in the first place, being obligated to fight was too much of a burden.

He's 34, and likely looking for one or two more fun, interesting tests (and pay days). Anderson would have made sense, I can see why his camp wants Nate Diaz.

There is just no point to a Lawler fight. What would be the purpose of him taking the belt back just to re-retire and Munson the WW division without a champ? Doesn't make sense for GSP, doesn't make sense for the UFC.

GSP's play it safe mentality will kick in and he will re-retire before any return fight happens.

Loved GSP's last few fights. But he's retired and will stay that way.

If he's coming back, what other fight makes sense?

There's one reason really: $$$

I think its fine. There are other fun fights, but this wouldnt be bad.

It make$ $en$e $o it might happen if G$P return$, get it?

It makes no sense that the UFC would get their biggest accumulative draw over the years another big fight for $$$?

you must be new.

GSP shouldn't come back. Doesn't make any sense.
