Must be that time of the year again. The GSP HGH gut phenomenon has been a hot topic for many years on Sherdog. Yes its fishy as fuck but ol' Rush went and retired before USADA's reign of terror. After hearing about what Armstrong went through to fool tests, I'll always question the methodologies used by champions to be the best at something.

I think GSP is top 3 all time just like i said in the thread. But there is a possibility he juiced just like almost everyone did beack then.

Bro science at it's best. There are a tonne of different variables that can combine to create such effects.
 
Seems like he works his core with weights which will add that growth. Most bodybuilders tend to only use bodyweight for midsection now to avoid that problem.

..or maybe he just is always bloated due to midnight snacks to escape from that "dark place"

I thought it was fact already that everyone was on steroids.
 
GSP did WADA testing which he paid out of his own pocket.

I don't think he was on steroids but nothing is 100% certain I guess.
 
A trend in these "roid gut" pictures of GSP is that he's physically exerted. My belly looks similar to his when I'm out of breath and inhale deeply into my stomach. You'll have to take my word for not using HGH.
It's even more prominent if your core is active, like his is in many pics.
 
This thread categorically proves there are many pictures of GSP on the internet.

My uneducated guess is HGH would make someone's head get a lot bigger well after their growth spurt from high school/college days.

His HGH gut was a running joke for years on Sherdog, while he was fighting. Only noobs are now saying, GSP never got caught, he's clean, man!!!
