It would be like if Anderson had beaten Griffin for the tittle or if Arlovski will somehow become champ and Jon were to beat him

in retrospect, it wasn't a great win

but coming off a long lay off to fight the champ at a higher weight is still quite an accomplishment. its just that the champ was not the best fighter in the division at the time,

well the layoff comeback was impressive in all fairness
 
Bisping knocked the champion out in the first round, and defended his title.

Spin it how you want, but GSP beat a legit champion.


You keep being mad though, Griffin and Arlovski were super legit champions too.

so Bones is his worst nigth got aparently outstruk 3 out of 5 round even tougth they counted 10 or 13 swings at the air Reyes did as significant strikes
Gsp in his worst nigth got either submited by a dynosaur , tapped to strikes to a pillow fisted midget or got beaten into retirement by Hendriks
