Now, obviously there is a large demographic of racist white people in this country. The difference is that the white racists are largely condemned, even by their own political representation (republicans). Yes there is a degree of GOP pandering to white racists (especially in local governance and elections), but by and large conservative politicians outright openly condemn racists and racism on the national level. On the other side, the democrats have done a piss poor job of doing the same. They don't condemn the minorities and white "allies" spreading anti white racism for fear of alienating them and losing their votes.
