One thing I found weird is when I read about the bio of many NBA players is they always cite them having these crazy late growth spurts that just never coin icdde wit hanything ive seen in the real world.

You won’t grow in height from gh as an adult, after your growth plates have already closed.

People can have late growth spurts but taking gh as an adult will not give you any height increase.

Yes they clearly weren’t closed yet. Dennis Rodman also had a late growth spurt. But as in you mentioning gh in your thread title - a lot of people seem to be ill informed that it can increase height as a fully grown adult.
