Do y'all realize that so far Gillespie only fought guys with negative records in UFC? His best opponent so far was Glaico França and Glaico got cut from UFC. Arguably, he fought 4 cans.

Pichel on the other hand is 4-1 coming of a win over Neto BJJ, who was 10-0 in MMA and 3-0 in UFC.

Pichel is bigger, more experienced and has legit TDD, this is a huge step up and is how a prospect should always be build (t?), throwing someone to a top 15 after he just fought Jordan Rinaldi is not a smart decision.

Give him Rustam Khabilov next. Rustam beat Pichel in his debut fight, and I bet he beats George too. If Lee is still ducking him, I guess Gillespie is a good replacement in the meantime.
