This is a good point and probably spot on. How do you stop/lessen attrition at a martial arts school? You get a government contract and it's guaranteed money.

He is considering running for the House of Representatives, not the Senate. His congressional district is essentially just Albuquerque and a few neighboring counties with hardly any population.
