Two guys who are about to appear on Danas contender series

What do you think of their chances of making it into ufc, or even becoming a real contender?

I think both will impress on the show and get contracts.

I believe both will be big news. And we will likely have a few years before theyre really tested.

Hardy i could see being thrown into the mix pretty quickly. I just think Newell will be too handicapt against top 20 guys. Hardy will be able to benifit from a weak HW division and his size and ability imo will be enough to become rankee

Newell is a badass..I think he will surprise.

Newell is legit. He's already good enough for the UFC. I see him being somewhere in the top 20.

Newell is a legitimate fighter with professional experience. He probably should have gotten a shot in the UFC sooner to be honest.

He will enter a very tough division though.

Newell has already established himself as a solid fighter, just a weird comparison.

Well, Newell is pretty proven. But the UFC is a different game. Looking forward to seeing what happens.

I love to see nick get a contract over a woman beating scumbag. I know fighters are saints but dana has said there no place in mma for any one who hit woman and now he defending someone who did it.

Hardy by far. If he beats this other ex-NFL player he's about to fight tomorrow, I could honestly see him making waves in the Heavyweight division, that is ageing and short on talent. I know Hardy is a POS and I'm not rooting for him to be successful, but athletes like him you rarely see in MMA. He could probably be a top 10 UFC HW within 2 years if he is indeed focusing on MMA full-time.

I know Newell is a good fighter, but Gaethje absolutely mauled him, and Gaethje isn't exactly an elite Lightweight.
