If you’ve been around gyms long enough you can tell who is on shit, and at his age and level of qualification hes gotta be rolling his eyes at these dickheads like Thurston claiming its chicken breast and rice LOL
Ped's, diet and training was hardly optimal back in 1949 (if the ped's these guys were on even worked much at all) so you can assume these physiques can be attained naturally with elite genetics.

This was Ronnie's first contest. He claimed natural here and would later put on a tonne of size, so it's at least possible (however unlikely) he could of attained this naturally.

With top genetics one can achieve an impressive physique naturally. For the average guy, brad Pitt in fight club or Christian bale in American psycho should both be attainable.

I think its now foolish to aim for an Instagram phyisque and NOT use stuff. Also the guys who are all for being natural are usually taking GNC stuff which technically isnt natural stuff but isnt anabolic
I do believe Ronnie was natural as he has admitted tons of steroid use so why would he lie? But as some have said including Greg everyone takes some PEDs in the form of nutrition shit from GNC, but you can claim natty despite that stuff as most people mean natty to mean they are NOT taking Anabolics or SARMS.. But 99% cant look like Ronnie and that is from his own mouth. Brad Pitt is essentially very thin with not much mass in Fight club, but lean looks good. Christian Bale is a skinnier version of smaller fitness models today but A LOT of men are BELOW average in muscle building abilities and genes.

Brad and Christian are both around 155-165 circa 10 percent bodyfat which I feel is attainable for most. I personally have wrists and ankles that are smaller than 90 percent of males (sub 8 inch ankles, 6.5 inch wrists at average height, 5'10, while being slow twitch as fuck, which is terrible muscle building genetics) yet through years of natural training have attained a 160 pound circa 10 percent bodyfat physique that is pretty much what those two achieved in those films (benching 275 and deadlifting 440).
Thus I feel most males, even with poor genetics for it like myself can do it if they train enough (brad and Christian both trained for less than a year to attain what took me far longer but still).
I have seen the damage that shit does to your system for most of my life being around sports and Gyms. I have seen the justifications and it’s always crap. I can almost understand the risks for these huge multi million dollar sports contracts.... but just to look good? Are you that insecure?
Most of the guys pictured aren't even that big.
I'd venture to say their physiques can be achieved naturally if... They built them over a long period of time.
The issue is, you see their progression pics and these guys go from looking like bean poles to what they do now in like two years. Clearly aided by PEDs.
Most of the jacked nattys that you see on YouTube or wherever have been lifting for five years (at best) plus. Guys like Jeff Nippard and Sean nalewanyj have been lifting for like 15 years. Chances are they'll sustain those physiques for decades to come because they did it the right way and not the easy way.

Northcut is natty imo. I have a friend who looks almost exactly like him, Greek statue level cut all year round, kickboxing champion. I've known the kid (man now) since he was a young teen and it's been continuous effort, no PEDs. It's disgusting.
Yup. Thought it was well known. There are genetic outliers but that's what they are, outliers and many ain't into said industries.

I did one cycle of testosterone and anavar and it was awesome, until I got the flu and went to the doctor and they told me how high my blood pressure was. Would love to do another but that shit scared me. I was eating terribly, taking a bunch of preworkout, and just trying to get huge while doing zero cardio at the time though. I'm sure I could do it more safely if I tried. I do think I'll go the TRT/HGH route when I'm older.
I've always had a pretty good physique when I'm in shape. I'm not a great athlete but I have good bodybuilding genetics. I'd never been asked by anyone in the gym if I was on gear before that one cycle though. Maybe 2 weeks into when the Test E had started really taking effect, multiple gym bros approached me while lifting at different times asking if I was natty. People really have a good eye for that shit now. The traps and delts are what change the most, from what I've seen. More androgen receptors apparently.
Yeah, in grappling you can have some fat but still be strong under it.
In kickboxing........ anyone who spends 15-20 hours a week kickboxing for a few years ends up shredded.

One of my wife's friends asked us years ago what she should do to get her abs ripped 10 months before her wedding. Said she hates yoga, likes boxing, used to do TKD as a kid.
