Position and movement from single underhook
  • Hands on shoulder, elbow high, pushing opponent up
  • Head on top of underhook hand, pushing into opponent's head
  • Hips in, leg on underhook side in front and between opponent's legs
  • Other hand collar tie, post on opponent's biceps, or wrist control
  • Circle towards underhook, moving backwards is safer than forwards
