Then there was the celebrity crowd cam shot that forever ruined Mickey Rourke for me. It made me feel so embarrassed for him.

The camera came upon him and he got all excited and grabbed his date's hand and tried to make her wave at the camera.

But the woman was completely bored and pissed, she was having none of it. She gave Mickey the most contemptuous fake smile, drew her hand from him and turned away.

It was so bad. Mickey Rourke got shut down by that chick in front of everybody.

He kept grinning and mugging for the camera, but goddamn did he look like a fool. I'm having second-hand cringe just thinking about it.
