Not to be nitpicky but the Dagestani area was conquered by the Arabs back in 650, which is why the people there are Muslim. The Mongols spent a lot of time there too. It’s only been part of Russia for 200 years, which is why only 3% of people there are ethnic Russian. So I wouldn’t call Khabib a “White Russian”.

That third-world reasoning is why there’s a growing trend where a man can say “I identify as woman”. It’s exactly the same when you say “I identify Khabib as White”. In fact, it’s in the same league as Conor calling him Black (though with a slur).

You can’t “identify” someone or yourself when talking about facts. There is genetic reality, and being wrong. Khabib has very little White DNA, his Avar ancestry is a mix of Arab (that’s definitely not White) and Mongol (that’s Asian if you don’t know). Even in Argentina, he would be labeled “Arab”.

The world will be a better place the day we stop going by our little versions in our heads of what we want to believe, and instead go by demonstrated facts.

Then racial census stopped because of the political need to push the narrative that Argentina was White compared to other Latam countries. Brother.. you take things too seriously. We call white whoever has light skin and the N word (which here can be said by whoever because there is no negative connotation at face) whoever it has darker skin.
