Well looking at the title fight win/loss ratio of the top guys
Randy 6-3=+3
Timmy 5-2 or 5-4 if interim are counted = +3 or +1
Brock 3-1= +2
Cain 2-1= +1
JDS 2-1= +1
Andrei 2-1 or 4-1 so +1 or +3

I still gotta go with Randy for now.

For most sherdoggers, if you win a fight dominantly you are close to being GOAT, if you get dominated you were never any good and should give up and retire.

JDS is still up there however, despite this loss he has accomplished a lot

Not quite. Sometimes if you lose you need to cut to the next division. Yesterday Cain should have been at LHW.
