Greatest flying knee KO ever?

can't find any gifs of Semmy's knees, sadly

I do remember him being able to flick a knee up and KO guys real quick. He was so tall that the knee didn't have to travel far to reach a chin. I miss that dude in mma...

just to be lazy↓ There's some zingers in there

Not a flying knee but nice anyway, Kerr vs Ranger Stott comes to mind as well..

Mark doesn't fear the extra power that Stotts pro wrestling foot stomps give his punchs.

This one by FAR the best. Yes Paige was the more damaging but this one was the first blow in the match. Unreal shit!
Imagine how Cub must've felt afterwards. Go through an entire training camp. Bell rings, and the guy just runs across the cage, and hits you with a double flying knee, and the fight is over lol Brutal stuff, phyisically and emotionally.

The recent one from Bellator 186 was spectacular.

so awesome how he pulls him into the knee in one motion, connects, and then pushes his head down to the canvas in another motion, and all while in midair. It's like a flying knee and a slam at the same time

fucking cat-like

Exactly man! And what's worst is that even back then Cub was no joke. Actually he was more elite than today. He's progressed as a fighter, but back then he was really good compared to competition IMO.
