Greatest All-NBA Team Ever

You're just copying/pasting categories from nbareference. Literally anyone can do that with nearly literally every team listed.
What the hell are you talking about. And no, none of these other teams listed have the shaating/passing to stretch the floor like mah team

PG: Isiah Thomas (Det)
SG: Jordan
SF: LeBron
PF: Duncan
C: Hakeem

PG and PF are the tough ones for me

Earl Manigault
Pee Wee Kirkland
Billy Ho
Jesus Shuttlesworth
Air Bud

It's pretty cool that of the 5 players to win FMVP 3+ times, each position is represented. Hadn't realized that before. Of course, that requires considering Duncan a PF, which is debatable. But his status there is pretty well accepted, so whatever.

You would need a bunch of 3 pt shooters and stretch bigs on the bench with this starting 5.

Prime Gary Payton
Prime Michael Jordan
Prime Lebron James
Prime Kevin Garnett
Prime Hakeem Olajuwon

4 DPOYs & LeBrick
4 MVPs & the Glove

Duncan was better than Garnett as a whole during their careers, but take Pure Primeskilled Garnett at his peak against anyone at the PF.

This team has it all to dominate any ruleset in any era: defense (interior and perimeter), floor-spacing outside shaating, GOAT post scoring (low w/ Dream and high w/ MJ), midrange, iso scoring, ball-movement, high IQ, versatility, athleticism, mental toughness, championship experience, EVERYTHING

Lavar ball thinks this team lacks foot speed.

Post-Jordan fact: Since 1999, the NBA Finals either had Shaq, Duncan, Kobe or Lebron.

Bored at work today, and I saw a fun fact in the office (our job is sports-related):

There are only 5 players who have won 3 or more NBA Finals MVP: Michael Jordan (6), Magic Johnson, Shaquille O'Neal, Tim Duncan, and Lebron James (3 each).

With this group, I thought to myself, you can build the greatest starting 5 in NBA history.

C - 2000 Shaq
PF - 2003 Duncan
SF - 2012 Lebron
SG - 1996 Jordan
PG - 1987 Magic

I doubt any other starting 5 can match these 5.
I wholeheartedly agree. Down to the year (well, maybe 2001 Shaq and 1991 Jordan).

LOL@anyone putting Hakeem, Kareem, or Wilt above a prime Shaq. Prime Shaq can't be touched at C. Took me forever to accept it, but it's true.

92 Olympic team was also good.

I'd take these guys against anyone.

Statistically, here are the best at every position (obviously, stats aren't everything, but just for the heck of it; also, the likes of Wilt and Russell never had any recorded total blocks or steals, which were only listed after 1971 or 72, i think):

C - Kareem Abdul Jabbar (38,387 pts, 17,440 rebs, 5,660 asts, 1,160 stls, 3,189 blks = 65,836 total stat pts)

PF - Karl Malone (36,928 pts, 14,968 rebs, 5,248 asts, 2,085 sts, 1,145 blks = 60,374 total stat pts)

SF - Lebron James (28,787 pts, 7,707 rebs, 7,461 asts, 1,749 stls, 817 blks = 46,521 total stat pts)

SG - Kobe Bryant (33,643 pts, 7,047 rebs, 6,306 asts, 1,944 stls, 640 blks = 49,580 total stat pts)

PG - John Stockton (19,711 pts, 4,051 rebs, 15,806 asts, 3,265 stls, 315 blks = 43,148 total stat pts)

I'll put this team up against any 5 from history, even with spotting them Jordan.
