Raw fight training camp padwork....what we did not see is some long drawn out extended combination complete with jumping flying spinning techniques like we see in what has become the standard for "fitness" padwork.

Yeah guys there is a difference in fight padwork vs fitness padwork vs your partner that doesn't know what he's doing holding pads in MT class.
