I'm want to get a grappling mat. Some where around 10x10. I was wondering if you have a mat, what kind is it and how much and where did you get it. I'm just looking for a mat that I can grapple on without getting beat up from using it on a tile floor. So far the only thing I can really find that look good are wrestling mats. Any suggestions?

For just practicing technique and rolling puzzle mats are fine. You can find them at Home Depot or Lowes.

Are those the same ones that they sell at walmart for like $20?

Probably, they aren't super protective so I wouldn't recommend practicing throws one theme but they work okay for rolling. Make sure to use them on a solid level area or they will break apart.
