I came up through the ranks with the GQ and have lost count of how many GQ competitions I've done. I think I did my first one in 1999 and eventually competed in several several pro / invitation tournaments with the organization. The GQ has always been a consistent source for good competitions and it definitely helped to improve me as a competitor over the years.
