Whenever he gets clipped at all he instantly folds up and quits.

He just generally looks utterly terrified on the feet, only throws looping overhands from range and kicks, no ability to strike in the pocket or use his strikes to set up takedowns.

Real shame for someone that is so good once he actually gets his hands on you.

Reminds me of a worse version of Sean Brady.

Composure is a C word.

So is Chin.

:D

He's got zero something.
Honestly, he was landing. It looked good. Then pop, out.
Dude just laid down and curled up.
Is Torres that strong?

He’s not built for fighting or violence. It’s that simple. He can’t keep his adrenaline and blood pressure low enough.

Idk why but his post fight speech about his wife dump truck rubbed me wrong - he’s not the kind of guy to be talking like that so it felt really forced and cringe. He’s the nerdy autistic type. So I hate that I kind of like this humbling

Bro has no confidence on the feet because he doesn't train his striking much. The dude is shit tier until it gets to the mat.

I dunno why he was trying to stand so much with Torres. Almost made me think maybe the UFC had given him the talking to that they have a few times with boring LNP wrestlers, told him to stand and fight or look forward to PFL.

He has a glass chin, a rudimentary striking arsenal, and zero power in his hands to compensate for his lack of striking skills.

Grant is a good 10-15 gatekeeper to welcome other guys into the rankings.

He was standing with him because he doesn't know how to use his strikes to set up his takedowns, hence him diving from far away with zero set up.

He usually does a better job of it than that. I think he was afraid of the range of torres and was just shooting way too far out.

I mean you're right though. He doesn't know how to set them up. Just not usualy having to deal with that range.

The guy seems very chinny and doesn't react well at all to being hit. Nice win for Torres though!
