I did this before and a lot of people seemed to like it. Fighters will be graded on skills, abilities, and CURRENT performances. ( The grades are S,A,B,C,D,and F )
Max Holloway: A Level Fighter
Fabricio Werdum: High B Level Fighter
Brian Ortega: A Level Fighter
Daniel Cormier: High A Level Fighter
Artem Lobov: D Level Fighter
Mike Perry: High C Level Fighter
Jon Jones: S Level Fighter
Dominick Cruz: A Level Fighter
Yancy Mederios: Low B Level Fighter
Sage Northcutt: Low C Level Fighter
Alexander Volkov: Low A Level Fighter
Andrei Arlovski: B Level Fighter
Stefan Struve: Low B Level Fighter

Cruz isn't currently an A fighter. He got soundly spanked in his last fight, and the one before he very easily could have lost by decision. You can't give him the same grade as Holloway who is on something like a 9 fight win streak.

Edit: make that a 12-fight win streak for Holloway.

Cruz was 1 round away from a draw. And if one of those rounds wasnt a 10-8 and a 10-9 like it normally would've been (new judging system wacked everyone around), he woulda won

And Faber was the fight before that which he clearly won.

But I think we're a bit unproven with Ortega to be considering him an A.. I like him too but he hasn't earned that yet
