I have been on the gracie diet for about 3 weeks, feel great have started to do some heavy training again and lost 15 pounds too.

Why can't you just post the diet here and save yourself the time answering everyone individiaully? Would you get in trouble?

I know for a fact not all the Gracies stick to that. Mainly because I bought Renzo a beer and it was graciously accepted. So I think alcohol is fine in moderation in the Gracie diet.
 
Sounds like a easy diet for me to stick with
 
yeah gracie diet is great for college students....

Ha. True. I'll listen to the Gracies when it comes to groundfighting. I'd be as likely to ask them for nutritional help as I would for thai kick technique.
 
I prefer the Pudzianowski diet
