It's good you got fired. Now you have more time to look at your life and say "why am I fucking up this bad. Well I do have almost 9000 posts on a internet website in 9 months." That isn't healthy for humans or trolls.

I went through a divorce and lost a job in a 2 month span in 08. Shit can rip you apart...however I am happier now than I have ever been. Keep your head up. With some introspection you will be stronger, wiser and happier as a result.

Rule #1: Don't confront the bosses son. If she's willing to eat his unproductivity, it's not your place to call him out for it. If her superiors know about it and don't care it's because she gets it done which is even worse for you to call the little wanker out.

How should you have handled it? Do you job. If she confronts you about something that is his fault, you then bring it up to her. Not before. If she's a good manager she'll know what's going on. If she sucks, the kid's fuckoffery will catch up with her. Worst case is you eat a little crow while looking for a new job.

But if you're willing to take the hit, more power to ya!
