I've been at stress level maximum capacity ever since I was cheated on, still living at the hotel, but I've still been going to work everyday and for the most part it helps.
Backstory :
About a year ago, my boss hired her son to work here. He does absolutely nothing but play video games all day, but he just had a newborn baby so she refuses to fire him because she knows he'll never get another job.
When I say he plays video games all day, I mean probably 7-8 hours out of a 8-9 hour work day. Lately, it started affecting my job, and it's been making it more difficult for me to get my work done.
This morning, I got into the office around 9, and as most of you know, I was recently cheated on by my fiance just recently (I made a thread about it). So I come in, and todays the last day of the month so there are a ton of deadlines I have to get done by tomorrow. He is responsible for giivng me the outline of the deadlines that I have to finish, he e-mails them to me and then I do the work.
Well, just like last month, he pretty much E-mails me about 2 weeks worth of work today, the last day of the month when all of this stuff needs to get done. I confer with my boss and tell her there's no way I can finish all this today, and she basically says tough shit.
I've finally had enough, I went face to face with him and told him word for word "You need to learn how to do your fucking job". He got antsy and was like "woah woah woah", and I said "yea, learn how to do your fucking job because you're fucking with my work, nothing was like this before you go there."
Then he get's upset, and goes to his mommy, she comes out and starts berating me, getting in my face and saying shit like "How dare you talk to your co-worker like that?", then I told her that she should have never have hired her spoiled brat son and that he's ruining the office. She says, and I quote, "I'm the boss, and I really don't care what some
like you has to say about it, get your shit and get out of here."
I don't think I've ever been more outraged in my life.
