Good stretches for kicking?

I got my leg kicks and body kicks down pretty well with power but I can't kick high and keep my power. What are good stretches so I can get the same power on my high kicks?
 
Dynamic stretches. Particularly through a kicking motion.

In addition to that, anything for your hamstrings and adductors, as well as hips will help open things up.
 
dynamic stretches are great for a warmup. but i think you will make more progress in flexibility with static stretching. with that said, i usually only do dynamic lol
 
kick and kick and kick some more
