good shake /mix recept?

Thinking of increasing my calories by bigger afternoonsnacks. (Rest of my diet is pretty fucking clean)

The tuna and bananas isnt doing it anymore so I
need some tips on good proteindrink (mixed with a blender).

Thinking of oats, eggs, strawberrys, proteinpowder. But got the runs really bad last time.

Anyone with any good tips?
 
Milk and/or Orange Juice and/or Nonfat Yogurt
Fruit (Your Choice)
Oats and/or Wheat Germ
Protein/MRP Powder

That's the base of any shake I make.
