First of all, as a Brit, I have no idea about this programme, when is it scheduled and is that the show that Ariel says Dana will be announcing the new UFC main event?

Secondly, have you noticed how out of character Dana has been regarding Conor's weird tweets, sudden "retirement" and refusal to show up to promotions. I know he's the organisation's cash cow at the moment, but usually he can become pretty vicious, pretty fast, if a fighter tends to go against the grain of the company, but this time he is treating him like the Prodigal son, constantly going on about there being no bad blood and that he'll fight for the UFC again soon, makes me wonder if this whole thing was set up from the start. And no, I'm not into tinfoil hats.

Thirdly, do you all eat pancakes with syrup when you watch good morning America?

You can tell when Dana is really angry as opposed to just his normal angry self. He starts behaving in a cold and calculating manner. The comments about Conor not being on 200 or at MSG are clearly designed to twist the knife. When he's shouting at people it's just noise.

I believe the tension has been there for a while and it's about a struggle of two brands. I also think the UFC have taken this standpoint praying that Conor doesn't kick to big a fuss over it because if Conor started to play hardball back then this could get ugly and fast.

Dana White lost all his hair over this.

Dana does seem oddly detached about the whole Conor/UFC200 situation. Not sure if that means it's all a PR stunt or what's going on but he doesn't seem to care. Maybe because it's no problem for him to reschedule the fight or maybe because he'd rather a different matchup for Conor.

While there's logic in it, I think getting him back on UFC with another opponent would be the worst decision ever.
Just because he was so big on "is it fair?" thing.

you know Dana has over 500 fighters to manage.

This is where Dana's whole 'we treat all fighters the same' horse shite comes into contention.

Dana doesn't have a new found respect for fighters on his payroll that don't want to partake in media obligations, he just knows it's best for business if he keeps his biggest asset as sweet as possible whilst he professionally protects the brand at the same time. Nothing wrong with that.

Seems more like he knows McDuck only has a few more fights in him and then he will be gone..retired for real. Why would he really give a crap about that guy?...Make some money off the guy while he can and move on..McDuck is just buying some time, looking for the right path so that he can make the most money and go out on top at the same time...He will fight again when he wants to and they will all reap the rewards. It's really not a big deal to them.
