Every new "variant" reported on by the media or government from here on out is just being used to control the people. It's simply a tactic used the restart their fear and take away even more of their freedoms and liberties.

At this stage covid restrictions are an IQ test. Do whatever you want in your own home, just don't have loud noise. Wear a face covering so nobody can see who youu are when you are out and get a free vaccine if you choose to or don't. If the vaccine kills people you win in the end, if it works then you are too dumb to take it and it's your loss.

The fact that this pandemic is being used as Trojan Horse to gain authoritarian control over the people, is so obvious at this point, that it's absurd that people still deny it.

The fact that people do, has to be (in large part) because of a mass psychological defense mechanism afflicting the vaxxed.

I don't think that they can face the reality that they're on the wrong side (the side ushering in totalitarianism), so they continue their support, regardless of how blatant the agenda presents itself.

My main issue with any grand conspiracy is that anyone who's ever worked for a government and know how ridiculously disorganised it is would find it preposterous to think they were capable of pulling something like that off. Unless it's a conspiracy that exists external to the government with much better organised people maybe.

I believe it could be a bit of a mix. Some people that push this whole thing really believe they're doing the right thing. Some others (like that Phizer guy on a leaked video that says "I feel like I work for an evil company") will do whatever for their paycheck. As long as the main pushers get the results that they want, it doesn't matter what those lower in the hierarchy know or don't know. Just my 2 cents. They got the money, media and the indoctrination machine formerly known as "education". That's a lot of power in the wrong hands.

For the record I don't believe politicians or big pharma or whoever have our best interests at heart most of the time, but I don't think they're very good at hiding it either.

Refusal to provide details for ID when committing an offence is an arrestable offence to confirm ID.

Whilst I don't agree with it, it's been tested in the high courts and is both an offence and legal under the Human rights laws Australia operates under.
