I've debated whether to share the following info, I know it's going to have a certain group of people all over me, but oh well.

I got the first 2 vaccines and haven't physically noticed any ill effects, I am a very active person, I run 15-20 miles a week on top of a bunch of other training.

With that being said, I wear a Whoop strap and the data from before and after the 2nd dose is....troubling. My RHR, after consistently staying between 39-41 for the last few years, suddenly jumped up to the 47-49 range. My HRV also took a massive dip, it used to be in the 130-160 range, after the jab 70-90.

I've waited well over a year to see if the stats would normalize, they have not done so. Again, I feel totally fine and can still run a marathon in a similar time as I had prior, can still lift heavy in the gym, etc. But it is a bit concerning. I never had Covid and can't think of any other possible reason for the stats to change so dramatically.

Just some food for thought.

Evidence now emerging that COVID 19 DOES NOT increase the occurance of myocarditis.

I wonder what environmental factor could have led to the global spike in this condition starting in 2021....
