We had similar shit happen here. There was a sort of soft restriction in place for interprovincial travel. Then we were one of the last countries to lift Covid passports for international travel. Just a few months ago.
Then of course Trudeau enacting the emergency measure act. After he refused to provide cops requested by Ottawa. And after the border blockades were lifted. This was, of course, after he refused to talk to protesters. But first he went into isolation after testing negative for Covid. Then, miraculously he tested positive once in isolation. Then, people like me were called racist, misogynistic and whatever other "ist" you can think of.
There was a world of difference between how western nations handled Covid. Hell, there were major differences in how different states and provinces handled it. But all in all most politicians took the divisive approach. Them I'll never forgive. Not Trudeau, not the cunts in the US who refused Trump's vaccine one month then mandated it the next, or the fuckers who supported BLM riots but wouldn't let people visit family in the hospital or during the holidays. If I was in charge they'd be shot and pissed on. Not necessarily in that order.
