So I bite the bullet and said fuck it, Vancouver is just a short ferry ride away so I got tickets for Oct. 18th Fight Night, RDR vs Fluffy. Card isn’t some barn burner imo but I’m still super stoked to see my 1st event.

Sitting in section 106. These should be pretty good seats hey? Anyone else gunna be there?? Burn a J in between fights??

Congratulations Sherbro! I saw Cain vs JDS 2 and Woodley Vs Lawler. Binoculars they help a lot as well as the jumbo screens. It’s a good time. Have fun and yell shit really loudly when the crowd gets quiet so we can hear you in attendance.

Congrats and you'll have fun for sure. The price difference between what you've paid / are getting vs what I paid / got to attend my first (and only) event, UFC 129 at the Rogers Centre, certainly says something about how things have changed in the 15 years since.

(mediocre seats were like $120 for that event)

100's isnt nose bleed, its the lower bowl, he'll have an eye level view of the action, maybe looking slightly down into the cage depending on how high up he is

I did that at Weidman vs Munoz, it was on a Wednesday in San Jose, California so the very first fights were at like 1 pm on a work day

There was about 6 or 10 people inside the whole arena during the first fight, including the guys in the cage

I started chanting USA! USA! as soon as the first fight started, it was between an Asian and a Brazilian, and I popped everyone in the house and the Sherdoggers that were watching the early live prelims on Facebook, member those days LoL

A great atmosphere ! The view isnt the best though unless you get the perfect seats which are more than you spent but it's a fun time and the atmosphere is electric

My actual l first was Fedor v Henderson. But wasn't UFC.
