Glover vs Rumble/Gus/Cormier

How does he fair against the 1st, 2nd and 3rd ranked contenders @ 205? I think he has a solid shot against all 3 IMO. He's almost a forgotten contender, ever since he picked up back-2-back losses in an ugly loss to Phil Davis but I honestly think he's better than that. He's 36 now, but as of recent he's looked like he's been in incredible shape, much leaner and if a guy like Cormier is still game, I don't see why being old is an issue.

Do you think he has what it takes to get back into title contention? He was getting out-ranged by Jones in his title bid, also getting poked/threatened by Jones' fingers the entire night. He also got his elbow hyper extended in that nasty crank and toughed it out the rest of the way.

He could beat Rumble and Gustafsson but he loses to DC for sure. He most likely loses to all 3.

Agree, he's got a shot at Rumble and Gus but not DC. Only Jones can beat DC.

I think Glover beats Rumble (via Cormier gameplan, maybe even KO) and Gus (via superior wrestling, + KO chance), but loses to Cormier

Beating Rashad will mean 3 fight win streak (all top 10 guys), which in LHW division is a huge statement

Gets put out early by Rumble
Gets beaten up for 5 rounds by DC
Gets outclassed by Gustafsson for the most part, but could also hit him with something nasty or drag him down in the later rounds.

The Davis and OSP fights shocked me; he's really not as good as I'd thought he was.

DC is waaay better wresler than Mr. NotSoWonderfull ..DC by wrestlefuck ..no chance (unless fluke of course) ... 5% .Rumble is way better on the feet Glover got chance to make the fight a grind fest to tire Rumble and then submit him eventually 20% ..... Gus is also better on the feet and Glover won't take him down or tire him got a bit better chance to connect here though .a small chance 10%.

Cormier didnt even try after the first round, he was comfortable on the feet, but i agree that Gus has good TDD. Glover maybe be in trouble but he will find a way to win against Gus (like OSP fight)

Yes he did, Cormier had 4 td attempts after that first round, but Gus stuffed them all. He managed to take down Gus once when he was fresh and after that couldnt and had to fight on the feet. Gus actually slightly outwrestled Cormier since he took him down more times than Cormier took him down. Just like he slightly outwrestled Jones aswell.
