Gina Carano remembers that unforgettable fight scene in Haywire

Haywire was a pretty solid movie.

Solid is right. Not a masterpiece of action cinema by any stretch of the imagination but it had some great moments and Gina delivered.

I got no problem with Gina's build personally but realistically it's not ideal for someone with Hollywood aspirations.

Hollywood likes girls to be thin and I would say she's definitely missed out on a few roles on account of her figure and yo-yoing.

It's the same problem Ronda would have if she tried to become an actress. When she was in fighting shape she probably had all these agents telling her she'd have a lucrative career, on the assumption that she always looks like that. But if she turned up on set with her walk-around physique I think that would be the end of that. Most likely that's why the Roadhouse remake was canned.

Agreed on all counts but I still think Gina Carano is awesome even when she's got a few extra pounds on her. That girl is a gem.
