Giga vs Kattar was a pretty normal showing for both men

Giga looked about the same as usual, gassing within 2 rounds, footwork all over the place, wide open striking defense, below average takedown defense, and showing weakness to any type of pressure.

Kattar looked pretty much the same as well, showing weakness to calf kicks, inability to pressure and cut off the cage, jabbing instead of trying to finish the fight, and average punching defense.

However, at least Kattar used his wrestling a bit to gas Giga and mix it up. Also, I will give Giga credit for being tough and never giving up on trying to finish the fight.

Anyone saying that “Giga didn’t look like himself”haven’t watched any Giga fight before he fought Cub Swanson.

Kattar showed me the same as always. Giga didn't rise to the occasion.

Kattar is a tough guy with cardio but kinda slow hand speed and power. He loses to max 10/10 times imo.

I thought Giga might have a chance to get him out early and prove the hype was for real but it ended up being that long winded beatdown.
