What was this all about? Was this for real, or just fooling aroung? Who are the guys?

This was from the recently finished season of TUF. The guys in question (Dave Kaplan being hit, and ... Tom Lawlor hitting?) were drunk and fooling around.

Dave Kaplan was claiming he could not be knocked out, and begged to be punched. The other guy hit him full strength and put him down hard, though he later denied being actually unconscious.
