I hope people stop saying Conor lost because he gassed out or anything. You can clearly see that punch at 2:22 wobble Conor a little bit.

Yep, the jab / straight left buckled Conor and he never recovered from it.

He also rocked him with that exact combo that made Conor shoot for that panic takedown attempt.

all i no is that nate won and is the better fighter

that would reflect even worse on Conor because he had a full camp and Nate had 1 week to train

He hurt him and never let up on that pressure. We have certainly never seen anybody push Conor like this in the UFC.

either way he could not handle fighting someone his own size and folded when the fight got hard.

He turned him into a travis browne there fore a moment XD

there also was a knee delivered to the midsection on conor up against the cage, you could hear conor make a loud grunt and both him and diaz mentioned it afterwards as a huge strike , it was like just before the finish if im correct :S

Well, his movement before that moment definitely shows signs of fatigue as is.

But that was definitely the proper beginning of the end.

Volume beats precision, and pressure beats timing.

The one two that took the train right off its tracks

Got slapped, then hit with a combo that wobbled him, lmao.

Tonight made me fall in love
with MMA all over again.

I always knew nate would
be a rough match up for conor.
I had a little doubt due to the
short notice. Very similar to
how I felt with the mendes fight.
But I had more faith in diaz.
Just because of the skillset
& durability. Both have great
skill. But the better fighter won
tonight, as I suspected would
be what it boiled down to.

Nate's worked so hard. One of
the few dudes to actually earn
his title shot now and days.
He never gets opportunities like
this. I hope nothing but prosperity
for that guy.
